I. DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT TO BOOK WITH YOU?
I do. The deposit guarantees your spot on my calendar. When you book a wedding with me, that entire day is set aside for you. When you book a portrait session with me I do not schedule any other sessions at that time. The deposit is for assurance of a scheduled time for both you and me.
II. WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
I accept payments via PayPal, Venmo, cash, or check.
III. DO YOU GIVE ME MY PHOTOS ON A USB DRIVE?
Your photos are delivered to you in a beautiful online gallery that will be accessible through an email. If you would like to have your photos delivered on a USB drive you will be charged an extra fee.
IV. WHAT ARE MY PRINTING OPTIONS?
Your collection includes printing rights. You may print through any company you choose, although, I highly recommend printing through your online gallery. Drugstore prints are horrible - don't waste your money. You pay for quality and I can assure you will get the best quality prints by ordering straight from your gallery. You have tons of printing options, including albums. It's quick, easy, and cuts out the extra time of downloading and uploading to different sites. Not to mention, I give discounts on printing throughout the year.
V. WHAT'S YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
You will receive an email with your gallery link within 3 weeks of your session date, but it usually doesn't take that long. Your wedding gallery will be delivered 1-3 months from your wedding date, although you will receive 10+ sneak peek photos the week of your wedding.
VI. DO YOU CHARGE ME FOR EACH PHOTO DOWNLOAD?
Nope. The high-resolution downloads are included in your session fee.
VII. DO YOU OFFER WEDDING VIDEOS?
No, but my sister is a videographer and she's awesome! Book us together for a discount on your wedding day photos + film. I'm happy to give you all of her info, just ask when you contact me!
VIII. DO I HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS TO MY PHOTOS?
Yep! You can print, post, share, all that good stuff. When posting on social media, please be sure to tag me in the photo. Your photos are my art. So that I don't take away from the images I don't add a watermark to my photos, so I ask that you tag me in photos you post as that is my "signature" on the photo. Tags on social media are how I get most of my new clients.
